Lead Product Manager (SaaS)

Lead Product Manager (SaaS) | Dublin| Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager and scale the product function, driving execution excellence and alignment between product strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the product function, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives
• Own and evolve product management practices to support scale, efficiency, and quality
• Oversee Agile/Scrum processes and ensure consistent delivery across distributed teams
• Partner with the CPO to translate product vision and strategy into actionable roadmaps
• Work directly with key enterprise customers, leading product alignment on critical client projects
• Translate customer requirements into scalable product capabilities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market execution
• Establish and scale best-in-class product management processes and governance
• Lead customer discovery and feedback initiatives to inform product direction
• Define, implement, and track key product and growth metrics
• Champion use of modern tools including AI to improve product workflows and delivery efficiency

Requirements

• 5-8 years' product management experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Proven experience at senior level working with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients
• Strong track record leading product execution across distributed or remote teams
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery frameworks
• Experience establishing or scaling product management processes
• Strong analytical capability with experience driving data-informed decisions
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Figma or equivalent tooling
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Nice to have

• Background in payments, fintech
• Experience with large enterprise customers and complex integrations
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product management
